How many of us have To-Do lists? Sometimes we just scribble things on a piece of paper as we think of them and hope we can find that piece of paper later when we want to remember what we wanted to do. Sound confusing.
Evernote is a great app that allows you to leave yourself notes in three ways - Text, Picture, or Audio to remind you where, how and what you decided was worth remembering. Yes, it’s really an extension of your brain on your phone for everything that happens in your life! AND the bonus is you can have it synch to your computer as well!! And now with icloud, you can synch it up to the cloud as well!
Dropbox
Dropbox is so simple and so efficient as a business organisational tool or a personal tool.
It’s a free service that allows you to upload documents, photos and videos anywhere. After you install dropbox, any file you save to dropbox , even if you’re out and about with your laptop, ipad or smartphone, is automatically synched to all your other devices that you install dropbox on - AND you can give access to other people to view your files. So easy to share with your friends, family and business colleagues. It’s as simple as signing up, and being given a "virtual box” to drop everything into for easy storage and sharing. This way you will always have your "stuff” with you and be super organised with files, photos and documents.
BillMinder for iPhone
This app is a favourite by the Apple staff.This great app means you never have to pay another late fee.
Imagine all your bills in one manageable place so you’ll be able to see at a glance which bills are due for payment. You can also track your other expenses, synch between your different devices, see charts and reports, and of course be reminded when your bills are due!
