Julie's work has been recognized by awards and scholarships from The Association of Textile Mill Representatives, The Ontario Crafts Council and the Ontario Arts Council. Most recently Julie was given the 'One of a Kind Award for Excellence' offered in conjunction with The Textile Museum of Canada. She has been featured in her studio on CBC's 'Steven and Chris' and profiled in NOW Magazine and Style at Home.
