How do I login to my account?
Click on the 'Sign In' link at the top right of our website and login by entering the email address and password you used when signing up as a new member. (Please note that your email address and password are case sensitive).
I have forgotten my login, can you please help?
Click on the 'My kin account' link at the top right of the website. Select 'forgotten your password', enter the email address you registered when signing up as a member and your password will be emailed to you. (Please note that your email address and password are case sensitive).
How do I join as a member? Is it free?
It's absolutely free to become a member of our Kinship Loyalty Club! Better still, to get you started we will credit your new membership with 50 loyalty points that you can redeem on any purchase. It's easy too. Just click on the 'Sign In' tab at the very top of the website, then choose 'To become a member click here', enter your details, and hit the 'Create Account' button. You will then be sent a confirmation email to confirm your membership.
How do I collect and use loyalty points?
You collect loyalty points by signing up; every time you make a purchase; writing product reviews and testimonials; and from time to time by participating in the Kindred community. You will also receive double Loyalty points for every dollar spent over $100, so you'll have plenty of points to redeem in no time! These can be redeemed in the checkout against anything you wish to purchase.
