What do you charge for delivery within Australia?

We have capped our delivery costs to make it even easier to shop with us! Our standard service is capped at $9.95 for delivery of your order anywhere in Australia with parcel tracking included. Your delivery is trackable once the order has been dispatched. 

If you are in a rush, for $3.00 more select our Expedited Delivery service during checkout which uses Australian Air Express couriers or Australia Post's Express Post service. Also trackable, this service provides delivery to most capital cities the next business day, and all other areas usually within 3 business days.

However, if your order is over $99, then your order will be shipped within Australia for FREE, using our standard service (although you can choose to pay for Express service if you need the order to arrive more quickly).

How can I track the status of my order?

You will receive an e-mail to let you know your order has been dispatched. Within the e-mail you will be given a unique tracking number allowing you to track the delivery status of your parcel. The email will provide you with a link to the applicable delivery provider's website address. From there, simply use the allocated tracking number and you will be able to keep up to date with your parcel's movements.

What happens if I'm not home to receive my order?

Regardless of the shipping method used or destination, a signature is required on delivery. Anyone at the delivery location can sign for the parcel. If no signature can be obtained, a ‘sorry we missed you’ notification will be left and your parcel will be available for collection at the nearest Post Office. You may nominate a residential, business or PO box address for delivery (PO box delivery in Australia only).

If nominating a business address please ensure you include the business or company name in the address field, as well as instructions about who can sign for the parcel (for example 'Leave with reception').

Kindred Gifts reserves the right to charge a re-delivery fee if parcels are returned to Kindred Gifts due to insufficient or incorrect delivery (address) details.

Alternatively, you might prefer to give your AUTHORITY TO LEAVE WITHOUT A SIGNATURE by leaving a message as to where to your parcel can be left on the premises (ie. 'Leave at front door') during the checkout process. Please note though: Kindred Gifts and its freight providers accepts no liability for lost or stolen goods if goods are left without a signature.

Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we deliver to homes, P.O boxes and workplaces. (P.O Box deliveries are only available in Australia however).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship world wide for a FLAT RATE PRICE of $30! Our world wide shipping option also includes parcel tracking, where possible, for your peace of mind.
