We are proud of the shopping experience and community we are creating at Kindred Gifts. To us, a beautiful object is always more special when it has an exceptional story behind it – and such is the case with the range of ‘feel good’ gifts on offer at Kindred. We are proud to bring you the inspirational stories behind each of our brands and believe it is important to offer you information about the products you purchase and the people who make them. Would you rather have a bracelet that has been mass produced in a factory or one that was lovingly handmade by a full time designer, or crocheted by an HIV-positive woman in Rwanda whose work helps both her and her family to survive?

What charities do you support, and why?
As part of our Kindness Matters program, Kindred Gifts is pleased to partner with Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors as our chosen charity. Steve and Terri Irwin established Wildlife Warriors Worldwide in 2002. The Irwins became patrons of the charity and made Australia Zoo the Major Sponsor, committing to cover all administrative costs. This is still the same today, allowing Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors to apply 100% of all public donations received directly to the conservation and preservation of wildlife. The organisation is based on the very ideals of Steve Irwin as he epitomised the Wildlife Warrior; he was the original and he created the term. The Wildlife Warriors share his dream of conservation and strive to make it a reality.
