We offer a full 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, so if you're not happy with anything, and it's within 30 days of buying it, please go to our returns page to submit a refund or exchange request. We offer a quick and easy online returns process that automatically generates a return authorisation number - so no waiting around for return details!
Please note: We're sorry, but we do not offer refunds on Sale items (unless the item is faulty). We also do not offer exchanges or refunds on Experience vouchers, although dates may be available to change subject to availability with the provider of the experience purchased.
If you open your gift to find that it has arrived broken or faulty then please accept our apologies. We hold our own stock and don't drop ship in order to retain quality control, and we check that everything is in good order before it leaves our warehouse. We package all orders with the intention of them arriving safely and in good order whilst also keeping the health of the planet in mind, however we realise that occasionally items may be faulty or break in transit. If you open your gift to find it faulty or broken then please email us at returns@kindredgifts.com to arrange for a replacement or refund.
What to do after 30 Days
We believe in the things we sell and we want you to be happy with them too. So, outside of the 30 day period, if they have failed you in any way, please contact us straight away and we can discuss the options – we will do our best to solve any issues.

Similarly, we offer flat rate international shipping for $30! We send to the majority of countries, so you can buy up big and save (especially as GST of 10% is automatically deducted from your order too).
- Same Day Order Dispatch:
We offer same day order dispatch if you make a purchase Monday to Friday before 11am AEST (for regular post) or 1pm AEST (for expedited delivery). Have your order delivered as quickly as the next day to metropolitan areas! (Please note: while we do our best to offer same day dispatch year round, there may be busy periods - such as just before Christmas - where we are unable to ship every item on the same day).
