Boom Boom! Cards are the beginning of an "uprising of guerilla goodness". They’re a fresh, forward-thinking idea that are also positive and inspiring. There are 26 cards in the kit, each one artistically designed and specifying a revolutionary act of kindness on it. It might be something as simple as holding doors open for people throughout the course of the day, or it might be something more tangible, like buying a stranger a cup of coffee. Users begin by registering their deck and performing the specified kind acts, one at a time. Each time they do, they give the card away to someone else and then write about their experience on the Boom Boom! Cards website. Users can upload photos and video to help tell their story and the site's mapping feature allows them to follow each card and see where their kindness spreads. Once you've given the card away, you can then watch where it goes! As an Agent of Altruism, each card you play contributes to a chain reaction of underground kindness that could travel around the world. All you need to do is be kind & track it online! Boom Boom! Cards' Family Edition brings your family together to perform 26 different Acts of Kindness. Once you’ve completed a card, put a Boom Boom! sticker on the Command Central Activity Board to indicate that you’ve done it, post the story of what happened on the Boom Boom! website, then pass the card on for someone else to do. Each card’s unique ID enables your family to follow the family deck cards you finish on the Boom Boom website’s map and see where they end up! Included discussion cards also inspire conversation about the whole experience with your children. Teach the values of compassion, kindness and community and have fun doing it!
