When you pre-order an item it is paid for in full like a normal purchase however, so that you don't miss out, it is reserved especially for you and dispatched as soon as it arrives. You will be notified by email once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please note: unfortunately we cannot guarantee shipment dates, but do post an estimated date of arrival of the stock into our warehouse where possible. If your order includes multiple items, and one or more of those items is on Pre-order, we will wait until ALL stock is available before shipping your order. If you urgently need items that are in stock currently, then please place a separate order for these products.
